Bits and pieces
Yesterday I worked up two new colourways in 100% cashmere. The first is... Jester:

And here is Water Lillies:

For those of you who indicated an interest in buying these colourways, the next post will be a consolidated list of available colourways, I promise! Just bear with me while I organise. :) But for now, I'll leave you with the Chanel jacket pinned on the blocking board -- plenty of finishing to go, but hopefully it'll be worth the wait!

(and the back):

And lastly, a teeny quick-knit FO, a moss stitch scarf in a Colinette yarn rare in these parts. It's called Byzantine (50% silk, 50% wool) and feels absolutely luxurious against the skin. The scarf, which is for a friend's birthday, is seen here, modelled by one of my dearest friends in a bookshop/cafe over the weekend.

There are few pleasures in life as great as a day of yarn-shopping across Manhattan and then retiring to the comfort of tall, cushy chairs and being served coffee in a cozy old bookshop. :)
